Resepi Ice Cream Mint Chocolate Chips Baskin Robbins

Bahan

4 biji Kuning Telur 

1 biji Telur

300gm Gula Castor

50gm Gula Perang

500ml Susu uht ( Ducth Lady / Magnolia / HL )

100gm Pistachio Paste 

800gm Whipping Cream ( Anchor Brand )

1 sudu besar Flavor Peppermint

100 gm chocolate chip Kouverture+ dark coklat ( di cincang   )

pewarna hijau epal

Cara Buat

1.Pukul Telur kuning + telur + gula castor sehingga separuh gebu , kemudian masukkan gula perang teruskan pukul sehingga gebu.

2.Dalam pot- panaskan susu coklat + pistachio paste + Flavour Peppermint , pastikan jangan sampai mendidih , cukup sekadar panas - panas  suam . Dalam bekas lain pukul whipping cream sehingga kental .

3.Kemudian masanya untuk mencampurkan susu uht bersama bahan yang telah dipanaskan tadi ke dalam whipping cream yang telah dipukul kental ( sila guna spatula plastik atau wooden ) kaup dan kacau perlahan dan bahan terakhir jangan lupa yea.. masukkan coklat yang telah dicincang kasar ,  pewarna hijau kacau lagi sehingga sebati.

4.Tuangkan ke dalam bekas plastik container untuk disejukkan.Simpan dalam freezer sebaiknya 24 jam.
