Assalammualaikum wbt dan salam sejahtera kepada anda semua yang melayan blog chef obie pagi-pagi ni..., siapa pernah makan kuih siew pow? kuih @ roti tradisional mereka yang berbangsa cina , ia amat istimewa, biasa berintikan kxxxr selain daripada ayam, hari ni chef obie sharingkan resepi yang Halal... daripada ayam dan kentang!
boleh lah cuba dan nikmati Siew Pow petang nanti!
Bahan Doh Minyak :
220 gmTepung Gandum
100 gm Shortening/lelemak sayuran
Bahan Doh Lembap :
220 gm Tepung Gandum
40 gm Shortening / lelemak sayuran
40 gm Gula aising
100 ml Air
Bahan sapuan- 1 biji telur + bijan
Bahan Inti-
100 gm Daging ayam ( potong dadu)
100 gm Ubi Kentang ( potong Dadu)
100 gm Sengkuang ( potong dadu )
1 sudu kecil lada sulah
Secubit lada hitam
Garam secukup rasa Dan sedikit air.
Cara membuat Doh Minyak :
1.Satukan kesemua bahan , uli sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut, rehatkan 30 minit.
Cara membuat doh lembap :
1.Satuka ke semua bahan , uli sehingga menjadi doh lembut , rehatkan 30 minit.
Cara membuat kulit Siew Pow :
1.Bahagikan kedua –dua jenis doh kepada 20 biji bebola.Masukkan doh minyak ke dalam doh lembap ( seperti membuat kulit karipap pusing).
2.Canaikan doh memanjang, kemudian gulung seperti membuat swiss roll.dirikan doh canai lagi dari arah atas dan akan menjadi doh yang dicanai bulat ( jangan terlalu nipis biar sederhana sahaja) masukkan inti secukupnya, bentukkan siew pow.
3.Lakukan sehingga selesai doh minyak dan lembap, sapukan dengan telur dan taburkan bijan atas permukaan siew pow.
4.Bakar pada suhu 180’c 20=25 minit.
Cara membuat inti-Rebus sekali kesemua bahan sehingga empuk, kemudian sejukkan...mmm okay korang yg ada instagram tu boleh lah follow chef_obie_official
