2 titis Vanilla essence

Pumpkin seed , Kuaci ,Almond flakes Dan raisin

1 tin susu pekat
Cara-cara
1.Adun (bahan 1) sehingga sebati.Tambah (bahan2)uli sehinggamenjadi doh.campurkan (bahan 3)
teruskan menguli sehingga doh menjadi lembut.Biar ia menaik berganda 50minit- 1 jam.bahgikan doh
menjadi 2 bahagian yang sam ,bentukkan bebola dan buat 2 buku roti.Biarkan selama 10 minit dan
canaikan menjadi bentuk segiempat bujur ( panjang 30 sm x lebar 20 sm). Sapu jem blueberi ke atas
doh, tabur kulit oren dan plum, gulungkan sepanjang 30 sm seperti kek swiss roll. Potong menjadi 8
bahagian,aturkan diatas dulang pembakar bulat berukuran garis pusat 20 sm.Sapukan minyak dan taburkan bahan sampingan seperti pumpkin seed , kuaci , almonds flakes dan sebagainya..
Alaskan dengan kertas pembakar.Biar 45 minit untuk ia berganda.
2.Sapu telur dan taburkan gula dan mentega.
3.Bakar pada suhu 180’c 25-30’ .keluarkan roti daripada dulang pembakar dengan segera
Cara buat sos Toffe-
1- loyang diisikan air separuh , 1 tin susu pekat diletak ditengah loyang yang berisi air.
Bakar dalam oven selama 25-30 minit pada suhu 190-200'c.
Apabila telah cukup masa keluarkan tin susu pekat diluar.
apabila telah sejuk bolehlah dikeluarkan, sso yang terhasil dari susu pekat ini dipanggil sos toffe,
Tuangkan soso toffe atas roti sarang lebah
