Langkah Demi Langkah
Bahan :
400gm Daging Lembu Segar ( dihiris )
200gm Lemak Daging ( dihiris )
1 cawan Bawang Besar ( dikisar )
2 ulas Bawang Putih ( dikisar )
1 inci Halia ( dikisar )
1 inci Kunyit Hidup( dikisar )
1 sudu besar Cili Kering ( dikisar )
1 batang serai ( dikisar )
Air secukupnya
Garam & gula sebagai perasa
Cara Penyediaan :
1. Satukan bahan kisar-seperti bawang putih,kunyit,halia,serai dan cili kering. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam periuk bersama daging dan lemak daging. ( daging masak kedayan tidak menggunakan minyak masak )
2.Masukkan air secukupnya.Biar ia mereneh ,diatas dapur,kacau perlahan-lahan.
3.Kemudian masukkan bawang besar yang telah dikisar.Akhir sekali perasakan dengan gula dan garam.Kacau sehingga kuah daging mengering.Siap untuk di hidang bersama nasi putih dan lauk pauk lain.
