GOURMET BREADS

Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 2.30 pm.

Fee : RM280.00 per person

Hands-on –  How to make 4 types of bread from scratch : Baguette, Focacia, Bagel and Pizza.

All recipes  will be given and students are able to take home completed breads.  You will learn a lot in this class ! Free recipe – Mexican bun.  Free gift –  a pack of Tepung Hairan coklat moist.  Items to bring – apron, kitchen towel , pen, paper and a few boxes to take home items.

CAKE DEMO 1  - Viennese chocolate cake & Ice-cream cake

• How to make Viennese chocolate cake – making the cake and ganache.  Additional – making Salted caramel sauce to pour on the cake.

• How to make ice-cream cake – making the vanilla sponge cake, making ice-cream from scratch, layering, assembling and decorating techniques.

All component recipes  will be given and students are also able to have a taste of the cakes completed.  You will learn a lot in this class ! Free recipe – American Cheese cake.  Free gift –  a pack of Tepung Hairan coklat moist.
