RESEPI WESTERN HOMEMADE BEEF BURGER

Bahan

1 kg Daging kisar @ minced beef ( pastikan ada campuran lelemak daging lembu )

2 sudu besar Serbuk Lada Sulah

1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam

6 ulas bawang kecil cincang

Sedikit garam sebagai perasa

2 sudu kecil Westershire sos ( jika tiada tidak mengapa )

1 sudu besar serbuk Stok Daging ( sebagai agen pengawet )

Bahan mum relish

1 biji Bawang merah dimayang

2 sudu besar gula

1/2 sudu kecil cuka epal

Condiments- 

1/2 btg timun jeruk @ gerkin

Sepotong keju cheddar

Sepotong kaje edam

Sedikt keju Parmesan

Mixed salad

1 sudu besar honey mustard

Burger bun

Cara Penyediaan :

Buat beef patties : Satukan ke semua bahan dalam mangkuk, uli sehingga sebati, kemudian timbangkan patties daging burger bakar 166gm setiap satu, anda akan dapat 6 keping.Kepalkan dengan membentuk bulat danleperkan sedikit, simpan dalam plastic atau dalam bekas container pastikan freezer dahulu, sekiranya ingin terus grill juga boleh.

Buat mum relish : masak gula atas pan sehingga bubbling, masukkan potongan bawang , kacau sehingga caramalized.matikan api campurkan cuka epal.Sejukkan sebelum digunakan

Susunkan burger anda menggunakan condiment yg ada.

* Pastikan ketika anda grill patties hampir masak susun keju2 dipermukaannya.

Platting - burger & fries.. ( anda boleh juga jadikan ia open burger - crown bun diasingkan )
