Bahan 1

200gm Tepung Roti
100gm Tepung gandum
30gm Gula
1 sudu besar Tepung susu
2 sudu Yis Segera

Bahan 2

1 biji Telur
140ml air sejuk

Bahan 3

30gm Mentega
Inti kari ayam Jepun

(i)
200gm Ubi Kentang dipotong dadu
250gm daging ayam dipotong Dadu

(ii)
3 sudu besar Minyak masak
1biji bawang merah dipotong dadu/ dicincang
1 ulas bawang putih ( dicincang)

(iii)
3 sudu besar kari daging

(iv)
100ml Air
1 sudu Garam
1 sudu Gula
1 kiub Pati ayam
2 batang daun sup di hiris halus.

(bread crumb)

Cara Penyediaan :

1.Membuat Inti-masak (i)ubi kentang ,jangan sampai terlalu lembut.Goreng (ii) sehingga wangi dan
campurkan (iii) dan terus masak pada suhu sederhana.masukkan Ayam yang didadu, masak
sebentar.Tambah (iv), didihkan-campurkan ubi kentangyang telah dimasak, masaklah sehingga adunan
menjadi pekat, biar sejuk.Ketepikan .

2.adun9bahan 10 sehingga sebati, tambah (bahan 2) uli sehingga menjadi doh.campur (bahan 3)
teruskan menguli hingga doh lembut dan kenyal.Tutup dengan plastic dan biar ia naik selama 45 minit
atau berganda.

3.bahagikan doh 60gm sebiji,bentukkan menjadi bebola dan biar 10 minit.ratakan dohb bebola secara
cermat.Isikan dengan init kari dan bentukkan jaluran panjang.Sembur air ke atas donut dan balutkan
donut dengan” bread crumb” atau cebisan roti.,Letak atas dulang dan biar ia menaik selama 30 minit
