Resepi Pasta Carbonara
Bahan
4 keping Beef Bacon- halal ( resepi asli itali menggunakan bacon atau pancetta tidak halal)
1/3 cawan Krim Masakan / whipping krim
Secubit Serbuk Paprika
1 biji Telur
1 biji Kuning Telur
60 gm Keju Parmesan diparut
30 gm Mentega
Lada hitam / putih
250 gm Pasat fettucine atau tagliatelle
Cara Membuat :
1.Potong beef bacon memanjang tidak perlu terlalu halus, biar agak sederhana pun dah ok.Masak beef bacon dalam pan dengan sedikit minyak zaitun atau mentega pastikan pada api yang sederhana.
2.Apbila beef bacon telah hamper garing , masukkan krim masakan dan paprika, kacau sebati. Dalam mangku sataukan telur , telur kuning dan keju parmesan dikacau hingga sebati menggunakan sudu.
3.Masukkan pasta pilihan korang dalam pan dan bahan campuran telur dan keju sekali, kacau mesra masukkan lada hitam / putih dan matikan api. Akhir sekali taburkan keju parmesan lagi sebgai garnishing.Sedapnye… lapar r plak …tetibe!
Perasan tak resepi ni tak guna garam, sebab tak guna garam- beef bacon dah cukup rasa masinnya untuk masakan carbonara ni… Carbonara mesti kena ade beef bacon, baru boleh dipanggil carbonara.
Satu lagi pencerahan- mengapa menggunakan whipping krim- keistimewaan whipping krim 2 dalam 1, apa yang 2 dalam 1 tu?Pertanyaan lagi… 2 dalam 1 bermaksud, whipping krim boleh juge digunakan untuk memasak dan juga boleh digunakan untuk membuat krim hiasan mahupun untuk membuat kek ( fungsi ekstra berbanding dengan krim masakan, krim masakan hanya boleh dimasak sahaje, tak boleh dibuat krim hiasan atau untuk membuat kek malah pada harga pula whipping krim agak murah dan ade yang sama harganya, jadi kite pengguna perlu bijak, pilih lah yang serbaguna!
