Resepi Red Ruby Panacotta Popular Dan Nothing Else Matter

RESEPI RED RUBY PANACOTTA POPULAR

Bahan

100 gm Sengkuang Cina dipotong dadu
2 sudu besar tepung ubi
Pewarna merah
500ml Krim putar
2 sudu besar keju Mascarpone
200gm Krim Keju
60 gm gula
Esen strawberry
1 sudu kecil Gelatin halal
2 sudu besar air panas

Cara buat

1.untuk buat red ruby-
Sengkuang yang telah dipotong dadu , direndamkan bersam pewarna merah , dan disalut dengan tepung ubi, kemudian direbus dan ditoskan.

2.Untuk panacotta- pukul krim keju , mascarpone dank rim putar bersama sehingga agak pekat, masukkan pula gula dan esen strawberry sambung pukul.

3.gelatine dicampur dengan air panas sehingg alarut dan cair tiada berketul, dimasukkan kedalam adunan panacotta,masukkan red ruby sedikit kemudian pukul lagi hingga mesra, tuangkan aduna kedalam bekas. Sejukkan. Hiaskan dengan red ruby

senang dan menarikkan... ni kire antara dessert yang chef obie suke buat dan sharing kepada umum....

RESEPI PRAWN AND GARLIC CREAMY SAUCE 

Bahan

8 ekor udang besar( dibuang urat sahaja dan direbus sebentar )
200 ml Krim Masakan
1 sudu besar Bawang putih dicincang
1 sudu besarMentega
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
½ sudu kecil serbuk cayenne
2 sudu besar keju Parmesan
1 sudu kecil gula
½ sudu kecil garam
sedikit Italian Parsley 

Cara buat

1.panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih sehingga naik baud an garing, masukkan krim masakan biar ia mereneh, kemudian masukkan ke semua bahan kering.kacau sebati, apabila mendidih matikan api , tuang ke atas udang yang telah direbus terlebih awal. Siap untuk dihidang dan garnishing dengan italian parsley...
boleh dinikmati bersama garlic bread @ baguette juga bersama nasi putih...

Bahan

500gm Daging lembu + tulang lembu
1 biji bawang merah dicicang
2 ulas bawang putih cincang
1 batang lobak merah potong kiub
2 biji ubi kentang potong kiub
2 batang saleri
1 cawan stok daging @ air rebusan daging
11/2 cawan air
1 helai daun bay
1 sudu kecil oregano
1 sudu kecil thyme
1 sudu kecil sos westershire
1 sudu besar sos perang
4biji tomato cherry
Garam dan lada hitam
2 sudu besar Mentega
1/2 tin Green peas

Cara Buat

1.Panaskan mentega dan goreng daging dengan api sederhana dan daging agak garing, asingkan.
2.tumis dengan mentega bawang besar dan putih sehingga naik bau, masukkan daging dan tulang lembu kacau mesra, kemudian masukkan air rebusan daging , celery,oregano,bay leaf,thyme,sos westershire, sos perang tutp priuk dan biar ia mereneh selama 20 minit,
3.Masukkan kentang dan lobak merah, masak lagi sehingga empuk,kemudian green peas kacau perlahan sehingga pekat.Siap untuk dihidang.senangkan resepi daan cara membuatnye....
chef suke makan dengan roti baguette... cicah gitu!
