Resepi Baklava Mudah dan Sedap Chef obie dan Jom dapatkan Baklava Yang sedap di Damas Sweet Ampang Point

terima kasih melawat blog chef obie..
kelmarin bie sempatlah menikmati baklava ( manisan arab dari tukey.. dan kali ni dari syria )
yang bie suke sesangat...mmmm pistachio nut dan gajus yang padat dalam pastry arab yang halus dan dipenuhi dengan
luquid glucose yang istimewa....dan dibakar rangup...perrrghh.. tak boleh dibayangkan akan keenakan manisan baklava ni...

sebelum bie sharing lebih-lebih..

ni die resepi Baklava untuk anda yang sentiasa menyokong
ape saje yang chef obie buat..

Resepi Baklava mudah dan sedap

utk Filling baklava :

2 cawan walnut + pistachio + almond dikisar medium fine ( separuh halus tau..nak kasar pun boleh juge.. )

8 sudu besar gula pasir

1/2 cawan air Bunga Mawar, kalau tak ade boleh guna sedikit essen rose....

1 packet fillo pastry

250 gm melted unsulted butter/ margerine ( kalau tak ade jugak boleh guna minyak masak atau minyak zaitun )



Cara membuat baklava:


1) Sapukan unsulted butter pada loyang ( bie guna guna 12 x 12 " , ikut suke korang nak kecil atau nak lagi lebar..)

2) Letak satu / sehelai lapisan fillo ke atas loyang .

3) Kemudian sapukan fillo 1 dgn melted butter/ marjerin

4) Lepas tu, Lapiskan lagi fillo pastry no.2 ke atas lapisan fillo no.1 yg telah siap disapu butter tadi..

5) Korang perlu lah mengulang langkah ini sampai lebih kurang 18-20 helai.amacam penat tak?iskh benda baik dan sedap..kena lah sabar membuatnye..okay..

6) Part ni agak penting, tuangkan adunan kacang td di atas fillo pastry yang telah hampir 20 helai disapu butter,
ratakan adunan kacang..kasi cun tau..padat sikit..baru besh..

7)Ulang balik langkah melapis fillo pastry, jangan lupa sapukan butter sampai fillo habis...

8) Potong baklava straight / serong / atau ikut suke korang...

9) Bakar 180C lebih kurang 30- 45 min.

Siap... selamat mencuba resepi baklava mudah sedap ni....

Korang kalau datang ke kedai Damas Sweet ni, yang terletak Bersebelahan Ampang Point Shopping Complex,pasti akan berjumpa dengan
staff damas sweet yang agak peramah dan sentiase senyumlah..dan korang mesti dapat merase pelbagai jenis baklava yang sedap-sedap...
pasti korang puas hati la dengan service dan produk die orang ni..


Dalam asyik merasa baklava dan maamoul..ni pulak nama die Tamrieh...agak chewy dan sedap jugak la...heeee, ape aje yang tak sedap
kalau obie yang rase...mmmmmmm...


Sempat juga Tuan punye kedai..Damas Sweet Yang berbangsa Syiria ni..bergambar dengan Obie..
