Bahan
Segenggam / Seikat Daun Pudina Segar ( di cincang halus )
1 cawan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 sudu besar Gula
1/2 biji perahan Lemon
2 sudu besar cuka epal
1 sudu kecil garam
Cara Penyediaan :
1. Cincang daun pudina, letakkan ke dalam mangkuk .
2. Tuangkan extra virgin olive oil ke dalam mangkuk yang berisi daun pudina yang telah dicincang.
3. Masukkan cuka epal , gula dan garam kacau sebentar.
4. Simpan didalam bekas berpenutup. Simpan didalam peti ais sekurangnya 2 jam.sebelum digunakan.
5. Mint Sauce ini boleh tahan sehingga sebulan.Selamat mencuba.. kepada bro yang inginkan resepi mint sauce daripada obie kelmarin..sila take note..boleh try dengan kambing golek istimewa bro tu.., juga kepada anda mint sauce ni juge sesuai untuk lamb chop selain lamb grill dan roast lamb..sesuai ada jika anda planning nak buat bbq party!
