Bahan
1 ¼ cawan Tepung Gandum
¼ cawan Serbuk koko
2 ½ sudu kecil Serbuk Penaik
1 sudu besar Gula
½ sudu kecil Garam
3biji Telur Kuning
3biji Telur Putih
¼ cawan Mentega / marjerin
1 ½ cawan susu segar
1 sudui kecil Coklat emulco
Cara-cara
1.Panaskan acuan waffles;
2.Tapis kan semua bahan kering-tepung gandum, serbuk koko, serbuk penaik (,gula, garam) dan letak dalam mangkuk.
3.Dalam mangkuk lain, satukan telur kuning, mentega cair , susu, Coklat emulco, putar /pukul hingga sebati dan kembang .
4. Pukul asing Telur Putih sehingga kembang dan kental( meringue ), campurkan telur putih ke dalam acuan telur kuning tadi, gunakan spatula untuk kaup balik sehingga kesemua bahan sebati.Adunan Waffles Coklat telah siap>
