Resepi Asas Ban Manis
(kebanyakan resepi roti chef obie merujuk asas doh ini )
Bahan 1
500gm Tepung Roti
100gm Tepung gandum
110 gm Gula
10gm garam
20gm Tepung susu
4 sudu yis segera
1 sudu Peningkatan roti (bread imrover)
Bahan 2
1 biji Telur
300ml Air sejuk
1/3 sudu cuka
Bahan 3
60gm mentega / marjerin
Cara-cara
1.Adun semua Bahan 1
2.tambah bahan 2 dan uli sehingga menghasilkan doh.
3.Campurkan bahan 3, dan terus menguli untuk menghasilkan doh yangb lembut dan kenyal.
4.tutup doh dengan plastic,biaarkan ia naik selama 50-60 minit atau berganda saiznya.
5.Gunakan jari, untuk menekan tengah ke dalam doh, Ia patut menunjukkan tanda jari yang jelas, tetapi
doh tidak boleh turun/menurun apabila di tekan. Jika menunjukkan tanda jari yang jelas,Ini
menandakan ia siap untuk membuat roti atau ban.
