1 tab Air Kelapa Pandan bersama Isi ( dibeli dipasaraya )
1 kotak kecil Krim Putar
2 sudu besar Keju Mascarpone
1 sudu besar Gula Aising
1 ½ sudu kecil Gelatine
2 sudu besar Air
Cara Membuat
-Cairkan gelatin bersama air.
-Pukul krim putar bersama keju mascarpone sehingga menjadi krim putar.
-Masukkan gelatin cair ke dalam air kelapa pandan, kacau sebtai, tuang kedalam krim yang telah dipukul perlahan-lahan,kacau sebati, masukkan ke dalam acuan pilihan.sejukkan dalam peti sejuk, Siap untuk dihidang .
