Cara Membuat :
1-Tuangan whipping cream dalam mangkuk steel , kemuidan -Gunakan teknik Double Boiled @ Bain Marie ( Didihkan air dalam pot , kemudian mangkuk diatas pot ) Panaskan whipping cream menggunakan cara ini, pastikan jangan sampai mendidih.Sekadar panas sahaja.Kemudian matikan api.
