Resepi Quiche Lorrainne
Bahan Pastry
1 cawan Tepung Gandu
¼ sudu Garam
1/3 cawan Shortening
2 sudu besar Air Sejuk
Inti Lorraine
8 keping Beef Bacon dipotong hiris dan digoreng rangup.
1 cawan Parutan Keju Parmesan
1/3 Cawan bawang dicincang
4biji Telur
1 ½ cawan Whipping Cream @ krim masakan
1 sudu kecil Garam
1 sudu kecil Lada hitam / putih
1 sudu kecil Serbuk Cayene
Cara Penyediaan :
1.Bahan Pastry – satukan semua bahan dalam mangkuk dan uli sehingga menjadi doh, simpan dalam peti sejuk sekurangnya 20 minit, sebelum digunakan. ( canai – ½ cm letak dalam mould pie atau tartlette.simpan peti sejuk dahulu sebelum diisi inti lorainne.
2.Bahan Inti Loraine- Saatukan kesemua dalam mangkuk dan kacau menggunakan whisk- tuang ke dalam pastry dan mengikut sukatan penuh untuk setiap keping pastry. Bakar pada suhu 180’c 30 minit.\
